Orders received before 2pm Monday – Thursday are despatched the same day for next day delivery.
Deliveries are sent on a 24 hour service with DPD, we’ll let you know when it leaves Naturaw HQ (so will be with you the next day) by emails and/or text message, and in addition DPD will text you on the morning of delivery advising a 1hr delivery window.
Please note our website shows the delivery date on products when you order, along with on the checkout page. Also please check your confirmation email where your delivery date is displayed.
Standard deliveries are made Tuesday – Friday.
We also offer a Saturday delivery option – despatch on a Friday for deliver on a Saturday which has a small surcharge.
For our standard service. Order by 2pm on a Thursday to receive an order before the weekend, orders later than this will be sent from Monday. If you require Saturday delivery you must select and pay for this at checkout.
We hate polystyrene, which is why all courier orders are packed in boxes insulated with our clever sheeps’ wool liners (which you can return for free credit!) to make sure they reach you in tip top condition. But please note that in some very rare cases, particularly in warmer months or during peak courier periods where transit times are longer the contents may have thawed partially.
This does not affect the quality of the products in any way and you can safely refreeze them in your freezer. For this reason we cannot accept any claims based on this where the items have been delivered the next working day after despatch. This includes if you reschedule your delivery with the courier (which we strongly advise against as it may mean you don’t receive it at all), or the place you have requested them to leave your order is unavailable or unsuitable.
