If ordering frozen food we would always recommend for you to be in for delivery, however we know this simply isn’t always possible. We do require you to provide us with a safe place for the courier to leave your order (you’ll be asked when you checkout an order).

We’ll let you know when your order leaves our warehouse, and if you provide a mobile number DPD will text you on the morning of your delivery advising a 1hr delivery window. See the next question for more important info about delivery.
