Historically there have been concerns with feeding raw pork due trichinosis. However this was an issue in the mid 20th century and aggressive commercial management has seen this all but eradicated, most countries have had no cases since 1980’s. As we only use British meat in all of our products, this is not a case for concern.

In any case freezing prevents this and all our products are frozen before despatch.
